What I love about Kuala Lumpur, other than its cultural diversity, is its skyline at night. I had the opportunity to see the two faces of the city: the bustling daytime when people rush to work to their towering offices and still the bustling night life when the lights of the same towering offices guide them back home.
My first day at Kuala Lumpur was spent strolling around Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and a dinner at Chinatown. The second one was for hopping around town while admiring the contrast of the blinding lights and intimidating heights of the city with the dark, serene night sky.
The day rises…

Wading Pool (It gets really hot during midday and dipping your tired feet in this public pool is a great relief.)

The KL Tower housing a communication system and a revolving restaurant. It is a good alternative to the Petronas Twin Towers' skybridge when you want a panoramic view of the city.
And the night unfolds…
From sunrise ’til sunset, Kuala Lumpur is undoubtedly a feast for the eyes. I simply love KL! How about you? Which face of KL do you prefer?

What a contrast between day and night. Kuala Lumpur looks like a very interesting city.
It is interesting and it is also culturally diverse, in my opinion.
I love the day and night photos! What a lovely place.
Thanks TBM. When you go there next year, I’m sure you will have a great time. ^_^
Just what I didn’t need–another cool place I now want to visit. So many places, so little time. Traveling mercies on you.
