Hello everyone! Here’s a photo I took during the Tree Planting at Mt. Maarten. Isn’t life full of
ironies miracles? While covering the hills with tree saplings, there was this massive dead tree amidst our view. It reminds me of the cycle of life–birth and death.
Or perhaps, this is not a dead tree. It’s just on a winter phase waiting for spring and for the leaves to cover its naked branches. At one point in our lives, we feel the same way or we find ourselves in the deepest pit we could possibly imagine. While everything that surrounds us is vibrant of life, we sulk in our problems wishing we are dead.
Only to find out that it’s just another phase of life and like all other phases, it will soon pass. We just need to hope and feed that hope with dreams. So that when the spring comes, our branches are once again ready to be filled with the leaves of life.
Happy Thursday, my dear readers!
